A grassroots low cost Contact Improv Weekend Jam (based on the GLACIER model) hosted by the Contact Improv community in Ballydehob, West Cork. It will include workshops and warm ups led by local and national Contact Improv teachers, time to walk and talk in An Sanctoir's beautiful grounds, good food (provided by everyone) and lots and lots of dancing and jamming!
COST: 50 euros (yup thats all!! For the whole weekend!)

Collective Voice Composition Workshop
For anyone interested in voice work.....we have decided to open this workshop up to anyone who would like to join us..
Caz Jeffreys and members of Acapellabella will be coming together for a day of vocal composition. This workshop, lead by Caz, will be
a fun and informal approach to the creation of music and song through exploring the collective voice. The aim is to demystify the processes
involved in composition and open up the discovery of the different roles each voice can play in creating choral sound.
The workshop will run from 11am-5pm at An Sanctoir, Ballydehob and anyone interested in meeting them and joining in with the workshop are very welcome.

A Mer-ka-ba is a Light Body, made up of pure angelic (Metatronic) light and accessed through Love, Intention and Sacred Geometry. Once activated it forms a field of high vibrational energy, which extends around our physical body for approximately 60 feet in all directions;- not only protecting us, but also attracting the same high frequency energy back, which we can use for personal and planetary healing.
The Mer-ka-ba has been referred to in many spiritual traditions throughout the world including Jewish Mysticism and the Christian Bible. When the Earth's vibration was higher and less dense, all living things including animals, plants and the Planet herself, had a Mer-ka-ba.But as the vibration gradually lowered to the Oritronic 'half - light' spectrum in which we now exist, the Mer-ka-bas began to collapse.

Suprapto Suryadarmo - Amerta movement workshop
10am-5pm each day with one session of outdoor work (stone circle or beach)
Workshop venue; Cork (16th-17th) and An Sanctoir, West Cork (18th-22nd).
We will work with a free-form movement practice called Amerta Movement, developed by Suprapto, from his background in Buddhism and indonesian meditation, from free-movement and watching children playing. It is a way of becoming more alive, creative, expressive and present in the world and can be used as a practice for developing awareness, relating with nature, human relationships, and personal embodied awareness. It is also a tool for developing performance, ritual, prayer and play.

Learn to be a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. Learn the ancient healing art of the east. This course enables you to be skilled in the basic Thai Massage technique with 7 hours a day of theory, demonstration and practice.
