‘Soul Creating’ Workshop

Create your own Soul in clay. A one day workshop with Lucy Dolan
Reconnecting with ‘Soul ‘and what that means, is a personal awakening that imbues our life with meaning and purpose. This workshop is an opportunity to re-establish and celebrate your relationship with your soul. Take time to contemplate your inner wisdom, and discover ‘what my soul wants from me’. Honouring and listening to the calling from your soul, enables you open the door to the flow of your creative life energy and begin to explore your purpose for being here at this time.
Lucy Dolan is an Advanced Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki healer and holotropic breath work facilitator. She holds a BA in Ceramic Design and is presently undertaking further Transpersonal training.
Lucy believes.....‘We are living in a world that seems largely disconnected from the needs of mother earth. When we are disconnected from the needs of mother earth we are disconnected from our own needs also. I believe in the western world we are at the point where we have almost completely forgotten what this connection means and how to maintain it within ourselves. This is the result of ‘living in’ and ‘knowing’ nothing other than, an environment dominated by patriarchal consciousness. This leaves us feeling an inward sense of loss and imbalance. The balance is redressed when we begin to pay attention to the matricidal energies within ourselves. When we listen to and follow the guidance of our souls, we plug ourselves back into the energy source of our great mother and recharge a mutual relationship of nurturing and healing.’
The day will involve experiential journeying and contemplation time for reconnecting with the innate source of your intuitive nature. Open discussion on the relevance and affects soul connections hold for us today, and time for journaling, drawing and carving your unique clay soul sphere. There is no previous experience of working with clay required. Your carved clay Soul will be fired in a kiln and returned to you by post.
Cost 70 Euro (includes cost of materials, kiln firing and postage)
