Owning our sensuality, sexuality and our strengths is reclaiming ourselves. It is taking back our power, instead of giving it away.
When we claim back what is rightfully ours then we can exchange energy, sex and love on our own terms. We will give time to old stories, in order to release them and move on to a clearer sense of what it is to be a strong, sensual woman in her own power.
Any woman who suppresses her talents can make herself a victim and a prisoner of her creative urges. Passivity will create destructive rage and madness.
We will create a safe way to explore our ancestry, allowing 'them' to move through us and with us, inviting 'them' to unravel the wounding of our society. We can choose to do this work for all our relations - past, present and future.
Art and creativity included. This workshop is open to all women, what ever age, shape, size or experience.
Caroline is a movement teacher, shamanic guide and life coach. A mother of six and a grandmother. She uses a unique blending of all her skills and life experience for the healing and empowerment of all. She has been successfully self-employed in the healing arts since 1986. She is a coach for the students of Alchemy in Movement and School of Movement Medicine and for individuals world wide. She has written her first book, soon to be published.
