This is an easy introduction to tantric energetic practise for women; it’sa day for YOU to explore in a gentle, fun and supported environment the joys and depths of being a woman. We will play with the dynamics of sexuality and spirituality, with the concepts of giving and receiving and reclaiming our natural energy flow which we know as sensuality.
A woman’s wisdom is accessed through her body, through her senses - but we cannot accessthis if we are not in the body! Tantric practises are perfect for women as they are centred on the physical experience; they can help us to fully inhabit and become centred in our body and effectively begin to ground our energy by bringing in conscious awareness.When we do this, a natural tantric process arises spontaneously and we begin to let go of that which stops our truest expression, which is Love. As we clear away the old hurts and wounds, the body and mind heals and re-patterns itself from the conditioning and beliefs that our body and sensual pleasure is bad, and that spirituality has to involve a denial of our sexuality. Your body is the doorway to great joy, peace and love! When you begin to experience this you will find that all aspects of your life experience improve and are much more fulfilling.
Lynn moved to West Cork from Scotland in July 2011. She is a tantric facilitator & angelic guide. Her path within Spirituality & Sacred Sexuality has been deeply transformative & healing. She embodies the presence of Unconditional Love through the Divine Feminine & is passionate about helping others embrace & embody their own divine nature. Utilising her skills and gifts gained from her own experience with tantra, shamanic, angel and energy work over the past 15 years, Lynn will guide you through an empowering process of heart-centred exercises and ritual using the power of breath, conscious touch, sensual awareness, meditation and movement.
Open to all women interested in learning about tantra, sacred sexuality and how to improve intimate and other relationships, including our relationship with life. No nudity, no sexual contact (contrary to popular belief, tantra is about a lot more than just sex:-)
