West Cork’s very own Holistic Community Centre - home to a variety of weekly classes, weekend workshops, performances, rituals and celebrations. It is comprised of a beautiful wooden floored octagonal practice space with underfloor heating, which is set within a 30 acre nature reserve.
A multicultural community sanctuary to promote holistic activities and methods, encourage self-awareness, and nourish the human spirit, the land and the environment.
A place where people of all ages, races, cultures, and abilities are welcome, for learning, healing, connecting, exploring their creativity, re-establishing their links with the natural world, and celebrating the joys and challenges of living.
What Happens Here?
Weekly Classes - from Yoga to Bellydance, Chi Gung to Voicework, from meditative movement classes to the dynamic 5 rhythms dance practice.
Weekend Workshops - We have a busy and exciting schedule of weekend workshops taught by facilitators from around the world.
Events - such as food production day, Festival of light, Kids Camp, Barefoot Boogies, Art Exhibitions and a range of Concerts, to name but a few.
We support land based projects and currently have a small community garden and a forest garden project which could do with the energy of new volunteers.
We are also available for private functions such as weddings and ceremonies.
We welcome new teachers, new ideas and support the needs of our community.
We are available for camps, retreats and exhibitions.
