How to get here
An Sanctoir is situated 2Km north of Ballydehob village which is approximately 70 Kms west of Cork City on the coast road to the Mizen Peninsula (travel via these towns: Bandon, Clonakilty and Skibbereen). (See Maps A and B below)
By Bus Buses are available from Cork city centre (get the bus marked: "Goleen" from the main bus station right in the centre of Cork city) and from the airport.
By Car If driving, turn North (right) just before the bridge at the eastern approach to Ballydehob. The turn is sign-posted "Bantry" and "Killarney". Travel approximately 1km. north and take the first turn to the left (there is a sign indicating "An Sanctoir"). The gateway is 50 metres along on the left. (See Map C below)
By Air:
Nearest airport is Cork airport. (See Map B) Travel by road from there
to Ballydehob (taxi, bus or car).
