A self-discovery workshop to gain insight into your authentic personality and integrity, when presenting yourself to others. Quality time to relax and move so that when you are under pressure your thoughts and expressions belong to you. Panic and nervousness, emotional blocks/baggage, inhibitions etc can often force us to wear a mask that hides our true authentic nature.

Actors, Presenters, Dancers, Teachers, Business Men/Women, Parents and anyone who wants to drop their mask and discover a more authentic face.

We are undergoing an intensely transformative time. We are witnessing a change in human consciousness, no matter where you are on this planet, everyone can feel the changes deep within our cells that a cosmic wake up call has occurred. Some are waiting with anticipation and with great excitement. Others are facing old human fears and dramas as we face the unknown. We are letting go of our old identity.
Investment for workshop €120 if paid in full by 27th March €160 thereafter.
