Almost every human experience is based on the thoughts and stories we think and believe about who we are and what is happening to us or around us. So what happens when we believe something, in other words, believe a thought, that is in fact not true for us? Stress, anxiety, panic, tiredness, depression, addiction - to mention just a few physical and emotional and behavioral reactions in the body. What may be liberating to realise is that these reactions are actually our gift. The gift of body following mind. Our build in profoundly accurate and relentless body barometer, telling us moment to moment that when we are experiencing stress or suffering, we are in that moment believing a thought, or several thoughts that are, in reality not true for us.
