Amerta Movement Workshop

Amerta movement is a free-form movement practice. It can be helpful for anyone (beginners or experienced practitioners) interested in movement, as a practice for awareness, personal development, self-expression, creation, healing, art, ritual, performance etc.
The workshop will travel between Cork city and countryside, to give a taste Ireland’s sense of human and natural landscape. The first part of the workshop will be in the beautiful old building of UCC School of Music, Cork city. The lovely room catches the summer sun all day and looks out over the city and River Lee. From the 1st we will work at An Sanctoir, Ballydehob, in the rugged wilds of West Cork. Through this we experience how Prapto’s work is informed in part by culture and environment.July 1st, time 8pm
