Maika'ike - Hawaiian Wisdom Training

with Jody Mountain

Jody will teach an introductory course in Hawaiian Shamanism - accessing our most authentic self through the vehicle of the body.

"The Call to Power"

A Shamanic Journey Group

 Practising  Shamanism in daily life

The “Call to Power” gives us the opportunity to deepen our relationship with spirit through the practice of the shamanic journey and enables us to discover our own spiritual power and wisdom.

After having been on courses, we can sometimes find it difficult to continue the practice alone. Many people find it helpful to meet with other people who are also learning, exploring and practising shamanism. Here we can enjoy working together, supporting each other, and celebrating.

Further dates: Jun 18th

Lomi Lomi Nui — Ancient Hawaiian Bodywork

with Jody Mountain

(Please note:  At least one previous course with Jody Mountain is required to attend this course.)

Lomi Lomi Nui is a sacred bodywork of Hawai'i designed to wake up the cellular intelligence of the body. This ancient shamanic practice contacts and realigns the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, creating quantum leaps in our ability to navigate all aspects of life in harmony with our deepest self. Training in this sacred art begins with our own journey of awareness into the physical body unlocking old patterning, blockage and trauma to allow a fuller and more open flow throughout our being. Based on ancient spiritual principles, the work calls us first to redefine who we are and therefore our relationship to everything that exists.

Amerta Movement Workshop

With movement Master Suprapto Suryadarmo

Amerta movement is a free-form movement practice. It can be helpful for anyone (beginners or experienced practitioners) interested in movement, as a practice for awareness, personal development, self-expression, creation, healing, art, ritual, performance etc.

The workshop will travel between Cork city and countryside, to give a taste Ireland’s sense of human and natural landscape. The first part of the workshop will be in the beautiful old building of UCC School of Music, Cork city. The lovely room catches the summer sun all day and looks out over the city and River Lee. From the 1st we will work at An Sanctoir, Ballydehob, in the rugged wilds of West Cork. Through this we experience how Prapto’s work is informed in part by culture and environment.
