Caz is facilitator to ‘Acapellabella’ a
West Cork based community choir, working with a wide
variety of songs and styles. Here you will enjoy harmony
singing in a relaxed and enjoyable environment,
and be able to take away a selection of songs to share
with others. Previous experience not
necessary, just a desire to sing with others. Bring
lunch to share.

Shamanism is a body of techniques
which has been used by humans since before the beginning
of recorded history, and which survives in remarkably
similar form in every corner of the globe. Shamanic
practices are at the root of all religions and spiritual
practices. Shamans work with nature, with sound,
with dance, among other methods, to enter an altered
state of consciousness, to travel to other realms
of being, to bring back increased energy, knowledge,
and healing.
This intensive weekend introduces some of these ways

In this workshop we will explore the components and roles
of musical sound, both as a collective, in small groups
and as an individual. We will create pieces; taking our
influences from ourselves, each other, and both our indoor
and outdoor environments- making use of the beautiful
land here. All are welcome to enjoy this workshop-previous
experience is not necessary.
