An invitation to the first of 2 days focusing on an introduction to enjoying your voice as a tool for self- expression, authenticity, healing, creativity, fun and spiritual practise.
All welcome no previous experience required, come and enjoy the support, joy and companionship of singing and sounding in the beautiful and acoustically wonderful space at An Sanctoir.

Facilitated by Elizabeth(liz) Ewing... who received a distinction for performance and song-writing from ColaisteStoifanNaofa‘s Music Course. She has performed with Cork band “Cinnamon Bark” and West Cork’s “Maya”. Known for writing songs such as Listen to the Spirit, Sunbathing and a Little Bit of Magic. She has recently completed Chloe Goodchild’s Naked Voice Choral Training. Elizabeth facilitates community groups on Health , Well-Being and Stress Management, and gives individual Healing Voice sessions from her home in West Cork. She runs a chanting circle one Sunday evening a month at An Sanctoir.
