Understanding sacred numerology through Kundalini yoga
For centuries numbers have informed us about the nature of existence. Their study can provide profound insights and réalisations. During the workshop we will explore the nature of numerology in relation to Kundalini yoga. We will practise kriyas, méditations and chant in relation to the numbers.
No previous expérience is required.
The power of chanting specific mantras is widely recognised today, not only in the yogic world but also by the scientists. Vibration is at the core of our being so any singing or chanting has a deep impact on our being. When we chant specific mantras this directs us towards expériences of the divine or more spiritual aspects of life.
Ishwara Kaur and Kirpal Singh have many years expérience of teaching Kundalini Yoga, Sacred Numerology and leading kirtan sessions. Both are also Teacher Trainers of Kundalini Yoga and Consultants and have devoted their lives to exploring and sharing the Teachings.
